From the time Guy, our driver, picked us up and for the next five hours we have the most memorable wine tasting experience. Guy was so knowledgeable about the different wineries, he was like having our own personal guide. He suggested wineries that I had never heard of and each one was better than the next. This trip we are bring up another couple and we are looking forward to another exciting day. AMAZING!! I was booking a wine-tasting trip for me and 11 friends. I knew I wanted a limo but I was not sure which company to use. So, I literally called EVERY company in San Luis Obispo County. When I reached Elegant Image, I immediately saw a difference. They were open and honest. They told me the price {per hour with recommended % gratuity} explained that it included the taxes, etc., and no extra fees would be tacked on. They explained how if we went over, they would only charge by the 1/2 hour instead of the hour. Basically, they were extremely helpful and great! Their professionalism made me like them immediately.
The ride included champagne, water, and a deli tray lunch with San Luis Sourdough bread. This was ALL included in the price. In addition, a couple weeks before, they upgraded up to a HUMMER limo for free!
But, the best part, I saved for last. Our driver!!!! ASK FOR CHARLIE! He was amazing. I knew from the start he would be good when he told me not to worry about appointments for the wineries. He told me, “If we are running late, I will take care of it. Don’t worry.” He set up our lunch at the winery for us, including setting out all of our plates and silverware that they provide for you. He carried ALL of our wine! Marked all of our boxes. Was a complete gentlemen helping us in and out of the limo. And he was so fun! He even put on a wig when we asked him to take a picture with us at Clautiere. Amazing!! I felt like we were in good hands. He said that the high-pitches screams and singing that came from the 12 20-something girls in his limo did not even bother him.
Overall, it was a GREAT experience. I would def use this company again!

Jake, our driver, went above and beyond to make the experience a blast for everyone. He helped adjust timing of the winery reservations, kept the group moving, assisted with our cake serving/clean-up and paid extra attention to our guest of honor & the mom’s. Plus, we all thought he was so fun!
Melody & Stephanie in reservations were both a pleasure to work with as well. The ladies were so friendly and helpful from the first phone call we made to gather pricing info. Melody was especially accommodating of my many phone calls & questions during the planning process.
And last but not least, the product itself was gorgeous! The bus was clean, comfortable & Jake kept it all tidy for us between stops. The deli tray was so much better than we were expecting. Photo of our group attached for you!

On April 30th I rented your Expedition Limo for about five hours to take a party of 20 women wine tasting for my sister’s bridal shower. Our driver’s name was Anthony and he was wonderful, he took care of everything along the way. All the women loved him, and when you have that many women together that is hard to do. We were amazed by the service provided by our driver Charlie. He was not only very polite and pleasant, he offered exceptional service and went above and beyond. Charlie went from our driver to our personal planner, then to our server and waiter (he served our picnic lunch and then cleaned it all up!) He brought water and drinks to everyone at the picinic tables and asked if we wanted or needed anything else. Because we all wanted seconds of the great deli tray that was provided, he went and brought everything over to us to help ourselves. He catered to all of our needs throughout the day, even pulling over to help set up our iPod. We’ve missed only one of the past 27 or so Paso Robles Wine Festivals. We’ve used countless limo companies to enhance our experience. On a 5 star rating system, your company receives 5 stars across the board! The car was not just on time, it was early, sitting parked to meet us with the A.C. running.
The highlights of all the various wine festival activities was our time spent with your limo and it’s totally professional driver,wine consultant and bon vivant, Phillip. He constantly anticipated our needs. He hand packed any wine glasses received by various wineries as well as any wine that we purchased. Although he took us where we wanted, his suggestion for a winery picnic location was a breathe taking mountain top oasis where he served a leisurely lunch.
We are not exaggerating when we say that Phillip our driver made this our best wine festival experience in 26 years. Your company obviously knows what they are doing. Our one suggestion is that you find a way to clone Phillip!

We just got married on November 6, 2006, and I just wanted to say how WONDERFUL this company is. They put up with parents who couldn’t make up their mind and still still everything they could to make our day wonderful. They picked the guys up at one location, the girls up at another, then drove us around because the guys were still taking pictures outside. Our groomsmen also made sure to drain the bar, so we definitely got our money’s worth. Special thanks to Chriss, you rock man!

January 16th 2007 was a very good time for us. Your driver Charlie was fantastic! It was my husbands 50th Birthday surprise party and he helped decorate the interior of the limo for this over the hill event, as well as pick up our surprise guests along the way! He took us to several wineries as well as set up our picnic lunch in an awesome setting. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great day!!Charlie is an asset to your company! Hi Heather: I just want to thank you and the first rate guys who provided limo service on May 20, 2006, for our daughter’s wedding. As you know, we contracted service for the 18 passenger Hummer and the 8 passenger stretch Lincoln. Both drivers arrived ahead of our requested pick-up times. They were well dressed and courteous to all. Even us nervous Dads. I was picked up in one vehicle for transport to the church and rode in another to our reception site. Each vehicle was stocked with the appropriate beverages we had discussed at time of booking. In sum, my wife and I would certainly contact Elegant Image for our future needs. That Hummer was great! We selected Elegant Image because of the professional and curteous assistance of Heather Forney. The price was reasonable and the company was willing to make as many pick-ups and drop-offs we needed. The driver, Mark, was very pleasane and personable. He was early and the 10 passenger Lincoln was beautiful. We booked your limo Wed, July 12th for wine tasting in Paso Robles. It was a wonderful time and Charlie was a great driver, who took excellent care of the 4 of us. He handled all our purchases, suggested a nice site for our lunch and set everything up for us. We had family vacationing from Virginia. Needless to say 4 hours wasn’t enough to cover 6 wineries and we extended by an additional hour. Am telling everyone I know what a wonderful limo service you are and we look forward to booking again!
