We were amazed by the service provided by our driver Charlie. He was not only very polite and pleasant, he offered exceptional service and went above and beyond. Charlie went from our driver to our personal planner, then to our server and waiter (he served our picnic lunch and then cleaned it all up!) He brought water and drinks to everyone at the picinic tables and asked if we wanted or needed anything else. Because we all wanted seconds of the great deli tray that was provided, he went and brought everything over to us to help ourselves. He catered to all of our needs throughout the day, even pulling over to help set up our iPod. Some time later, when my family gathered again, they continued to rave about Charlie and the service he provided. He definitely left a lasting impression on all of us. We’ve missed only one of the past 27 or so Paso Robles Wine Festivals. We’ve used countless limo companies to enhance our experience. On a 5 star rating system, your company receives 5 stars across the board! The car was not just on time, it was early, sitting parked to meet us with the A.C. running.
The highlights of all the various wine festival activities was our time spent with your limo and it’s totally professional driver,wine consultant and bon vivant, Phillip. He constantly anticipated our needs. He hand packed any wine glasses received by various wineries as well as any wine that we purchased. Although he took us where we wanted, his suggestion for a winery picnic location was a breathe taking mountain top oasis where he served a leisurely lunch.
We are not exaggerating when we say that Phillip our driver made this our best wine festival experience in 26 years. Your company obviously knows what they are doing. Our one suggestion is that you find a way to clone Phillip!

Your Company was hired to do a one-day turnaround trip between Morro Bay and L.A. (Redondo Beach to be specific) so that I could have a (reunion) Holiday lunch with my old office. Charlie arrived at my house prior to the scheduled pick-up time of 7:30 a.m., and returned me home at about 9:15 p.m. that evening. It was a long day for both of us, but it was perfect. Sorry but he was. Every time we left the limo and returned the limo was cleaned out and we had new glasses. When I was 16 I decided that I wanted to go wine tasting in a Limo for my 21st Birthday. I had so much anticipation built up about how my day would go that I thought for sure I would be disappointed. But I definitely wasn’t. Our Limo driver Chriss treated us like royalty and really made my day better than I could imagine. He set up our lunch like a pro, took our bags for us, and even put up with my sister in law asking him to marry her! What a great guy! On top of the day itself, Doug put up with me calling about 10 times before the actual day. I changed the limo type, double checked the price, time, day… But every time I called he answered my questions with a smile. He even gave me advise on what to do when we got to the wineries.
